We're looking for a reliable and caring female support worker to join our growing team.

You will be supporting NDIS participants with their day-to-day activities, helping them work towards their goals while encouraging independence and choice. Every participant is different, so being patient, adaptable, and respectful is important.

Your duties may include:
Personal care
Community access and social outings
Transport to appointments
Meal preparation
Household tasks
Providing companionship and emotional support
Completing progress notes after each shift
Following participant care plans and company policies

What we're looking for
Female support worker
Previous experience in disability support, aged care or community services is preferred
Reliable, honest and punctual
Good communication skills
Able to work independently and use initiative
Passionate about supporting people to live more independently
Current Driver Licence and reliable vehicle
Current NDIS Worker Screening Check
First Aid & CPR Certificate
ABN
Public Liability and Skilled Indemnity Insurance

Pay: $35.00 – $60.00 per hour
