About the Role
We are seeking a motivated Junior Electrical Assembler to join our production team. This entry-level position is ideal for someone with basic technical skills, a solid willingness to learn, and an interest in electrical assembly work. You will work under supervision to assist in assembling UPS systems, battery chargers, and related electrical components.

Key Responsibilities
Assist with the assembly of UPS and battery charger systems under supervision
Position, align, and adjust workpieces or electrical parts for wiring and assembly
Perform basic drilling, tapping, and fabrication tasks as instructed
Assemble simple components, wiring, and subassemblies using standard hand and power tools
Follow quality assurance procedures and complete required checklists
Immediately report any quality issues or process lapses
Participate in daily production meetings with the Production Manager
Support senior staff and learn best-practice assembly techniques





What We’re Looking For
Basic knowledge of hand and power tools
Strong attention to detail and eagerness to learn
Ability to follow instructions and work effectively within a team
Relevant technical or trade background (preferred but not required)

Job Types: Full time, Part-time

Pay: $21.00 – $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 22.8 – 38 per week
