Kals on Cahill is looking for an experienced barista to join our casual team!

Located in the heart of Wolli Creek, our café is a local favourite — known for its beautiful setting, welcoming vibe, and of course, excellent coffee. We take pride in creating a space where customers can relax, connect, and enjoy quality food and drinks.

We’re looking for someone who:
Has solid barista experience and can work confidently on a busy machine
Loves delivering outstanding customer service with a friendly attitude
Works well under pressure while keeping a calm, qualified approach
Is reliable, flexible, and a strong team player
Most work a Saturday or Sunday
