Copper Bean Cafe in the Mandurah Forum is on the lookout for an experienced barista to join our rapid-paced, friendly café team. This role is perfect for someone confident on the machine, outstanding with customers, and cool under pressure.

What you’ll be doing:
Making consistently outstanding coffee during busy rushes
Confidently running the coffee machine solo
Delivering warm, friendly customer service (even when it’s hectic!)
Maintaining speed, quality, and cleanliness behind the machine
Helping keep the café flowing smoothly during high-turnover periods

What we’re looking for:
Proven barista experience in a busy café workplace
Strong coffee skills and attention to detail
Excellent customer service and communication




Ability to stay calm, organised, and positive during peak times
Leadership qualities and confidence training others
Reliable, team-focused, and takes pride in their work
Available on weekdays and weekends
