Dental Assistant / Receptionist

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Dental Assistant / Receptionist with strong communication skills to join our friendly team at the busy dental clinic.

This is a casual part-time position with minimum 3 days commitment. For the right candidate, this role may develop into a full time career opportunity.
On-the-job training provided

Key Responsibilities (including but not limited to):
Front desk and reception duties, including answering phone calls, emails, and messages
Booking and managing patient appointments
Handling payments and basic billing tasks
Chairside dental assisting
Instrument sterilisation and infection control
Assisting with administrative tasks
Supporting basic social media activities

Strong work ethic and reliability

Ability to work well in a team environment
Comfortable working in a rapid-paced clinic
Positive, confident, and caring personality with robust empathy for patients





Prior experience is highly recommended
Any prior experience in dental or health industry (as receptionist or assistant) is highly desired. However, Candidates interested in building a career in dental assisting with keen to learn new skills are also encouraged to apply.
