Care Tribe Services is currently seeking caring and reliable Support Workers to provide in-home aged care services in Nelson, VIC.

About the Role

You will support elderly clients to live independently in their own homes by providing high-quality, person-centred care.

Duties may include:
Domestic assistance (cleaning, laundry, and household tasks)
Personal care
Meal preparation
Social support and companionship
Community access and transport (where required)

Requirements
Certificate III in Individual Support (Aged Care) or equivalent (preferred)
Current National Police Check
Current First Aid & CPR Certificate
Valid Driver's Licence and reliable vehicle
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Previous aged care or community care experience is preferred
