About the role

Wild Modular is a modular construction company designing and building hotels, retreats and resorts. We are looking for a Marketing Director to manage our marketing, brand and internal culture function, reporting to the Executive Director.

Key responsibilities
Manage the company's social media channels and website, including planning and delivering a regular content calendar
Plan, film and produce marketing content for client project launches, including a multi-part video series documenting projects from concept to completion
Design and manage company branding materials, including client branding packages, marketing collateral and internal templates
Maintain internal HR documentation, including the company handbook, and record meeting minutes




Manage procurement and distribution of branded merchandise and uniforms
Manage budgets for marketing, events and merchandise

Requirements
Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business or a related field
Previous experience in a marketing, brand or content role
Robust written and verbal communication skills
Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders independently
Willingness to travel domestically, and occasionally internationally
