We are looking for a reliable, organised and motivated Office Administrator to join our growing team. This is a great chance for someone who enjoys working in a quick-paced environment and can confidently manage a range of office and administrative tasks.

What You’ll Be Doing:
Managing inventory and assisting with warehouse administration
Entering, updating and maintaining company records
Communicating with clients via phone and email
Coordinating job bookings and staff schedules
Handling general office administration and day-to-day tasks
Supporting the team with various administrative duties as required

What We’re Looking For:
Current driver’s licence and access to a reliable vehicle
Excellent organisational and time-management skills




Good verbal and written communication
Robust computer skills with accurate data entry
Reliable, punctual and willing to learn

Desirable:
Basic knowledge of social media content management

Location: Campbellfield, VIC

Employment: Part-Time
