The Opportunity An excellent prospect is available for an experienced Maintenance Electrician to join a well-established manufacturing operation in Sydney.

Working on a permanent night shift, you’ll be part of an experienced maintenance team responsible for keeping a fast-paced production facility running safely and efficiently.

This is a hands-on maintenance position offering strong earning potential, ongoing overtime opportunities and long-term job security with a major manufacturing business.

The Role As a Maintenance Electrician, your responsibilities will include:
Electrical breakdown and fault-finding across production and packaging equipment
Planned and preventative maintenance
Troubleshooting electrical, controls and automation faults
Working with PLC-controlled machinery, sensors, motors, drives and instrumentation
Electrical repairs, installations and modifications
Supporting production teams to minimise downtime
Identifying opportunities to improve equipment reliability




Completing maintenance documentation and work orders
Participating in shutdown and improvement works
Maintaining high standards of safety and compliance

About You To be considered, you will ideally have:
NSW Electrical Licence
Previous industrial maintenance experience
Strong electrical fault-finding and diagnostic skills
Experience working with automated production machinery
Exposure to PLCs, VSDs, motors, sensors and control systems
Manufacturing, FMCG, food, beverage, packaging or similar experience highly regarded
Ability to work independently on night shift
Strong commitment to safety
Good communication and problem-solving skills
