The Role
We’re looking for an experienced Cook to join our high-performing back-of-house team. This full-time role will see you working alongside a strong crew of skilled professionals, taking ownership of the grill, fryer, and sauté sections. You’ll be involved in both preparation and service, contributing to a smooth and effective kitchen operation.

What You’ll Be Doing
Preparing and cooking dishes to spec during busy services
Running key sections—grill, fryer, and sauté—during service
Maintaining high standards of food presentation and quality
Assisting with daily prep, ensuring everything is ready for a smooth service
Following our systems-based approach to kitchen operations for maximum efficiency
Maintaining food safety, hygiene, and cleanliness standards
Working collaboratively with the team to ensure consistency and speed

About You




Minimum 3 years experience in a fast-paced restaurant kitchen
Confident on the grill and sauté sections (experience with Lebanese food is a bonus, but not required)
Strong knife skills and attention to detail in preparation
Calm under pressure with a focus on delivering quality
Team player who communicates well and takes pride in their station
Open to learning and development opportunities
Reliable and available for full time hours, including nights and weekends
