We are seeking a dedicated Educator to join our team in Coniston, Recent South Wales. This part-time/full-time, permanent role is ideal for individuals passionate about fostering a positive learning environment and supporting students in their educational journey. As an Educator, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality education and training, ensuring that our learners achieve their full potential.

Responsibilities:
Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that cater to diverse learning needs.
Assess and monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback to enhance learning outcomes.
Create a supportive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages student participation.
Collaborate with colleagues to share best practices and improve educational strategies.
Maintain accurate records of student attendance and performance.
Participate in career development prospects to enhance teaching skills and knowledge.

Qualifications:




A Diploma in Education or a related field.
Previous experience in an educational setting is preferred, but trainees are welcome to apply.
