Factory Cleaner (Casual / Part-Time)
Location: Willowglen Shopping Centre, Toowoomba

We're currently seeking a reliable Factory Cleaner to keep our production facility spotless and food-safety compliant. If you take pride in doing a thorough job and understand the importance of hygiene in a food production setting, we'd love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities
Cleaning and sanitising production areas, equipment, and utensils before and after production runs
Cleaning cool-rooms, drying rooms, and storage areas
Washing down floors, walls, and drains to food-safety standards
Emptying bins and managing waste disposal
Restocking cleaning and sanitation supplies
Following cleaning schedules and checklists accurately
Reporting any maintenance issues, damage, or pest concerns




Adhering to food safety and workplace health & safety requirements at all times

What We're Looking For
Previous cleaning experience preferred, ideally in a food production, hospitality, or commercial setting — but not essential, full training provided
Strong attention to detail and thoroughness
Reliable, punctual, and able to work with minimal supervision
Comfortable working in a cool-room or meat-processing workplace
Physically fit, with the ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 20 kg
Understanding of hygiene and sanitation best practices (or willingness to learn)

Pay: $29.44 – $41.54 per hour
