RRC Australia are seeking an experienced Machine Operators for our Steel Packaging client in Truganina.

This successful applicant will be mechanical minded and preferably have a trade related qualification, A current Forklift Ticket & prior experience troubleshooting tool & machine related errors and/or previous experience working with an automated press machine.

You must have a mechanical aptitude, can-do attitude & commitment to learn.

Your duties will include:
Running automated press line, making tops and bottoms for 205l drums
Date input - Booking product, machine downtime feedback
Trouble shooting of automated press line
Perform maintenance or report required maintenance to Drum Line Team Leader
Maintains a clean and tidy working workplace according to site standards
Maintains production records, logbooks, finished goods reports and other relevant documentation
Ability to deal with problems
Providing support to the team
Attitude to learn and to adopt

Essential Criteria
A current forklift ticket




Must be able to complete a pre-employment drug/alcohol screen and fitness assessment
Relevant experience in machine operation
Mechanical Trade qualification or exposure - highly desired
Fantastic people skills
Able to start immediately
Be able to work 10 hour days, Mon-Thurs+ OT where required on Friday & Saturday
