SUPPORT WORKER / DOMESTIC ASSISTANCE – WARRNAMBOOL, VIC

We are seeking a reliable, compassionate and respectful Support Worker to provide support to an NDIS participant in Warrnambool, Victoria.

About the Role

This position involves providing practical assistance and support to help the participant maintain their independence, wellbeing and quality of life.

Duties may include:
Domestic assistance, including cleaning and general household tasks.
Laundry and maintaining a clean and protected home setting.
Assistance with shopping and household errands.
Supporting the participant with day-to-day activities as required.
Providing respectful and person-centred support.
Building a positive and qualified working relationship with the participant.
Following the participant’s individual support plan and NDIS requirements.

About You

The ideal candidate will be:
Reliable, trustworthy and punctual.
Compassionate, respectful and patient.




Comfortable providing domestic assistance and practical support.
Able to work independently and follow instructions.
Committed to maintaining privacy, dignity and confidentiality.
Previous experience in disability support, aged care or domestic assistance is desirable.
