Infinite Aged Care Mount Lofty, a respected not-for-profit aged care provider, is seeking a passionate, reliable, and experienced Registered Nurse (minimum 12 months' RN experience) to join our dedicated clinical team on a full time basis.

In this rewarding role, you will provide high-quality, person-centred care while making a meaningful difference in the lives of our residents every day.

The successful candidate must be experienced and available to work across morning (06:30 - 14:00), afternoon (14:00 - 22:00) and night duty (21:30 - 07:00) shifts.

The Role

You’ll deliver person‑centred clinical care, support residents’ wellbeing, and work closely with our care, lifestyle and hospitality teams. Our RNs lead by example, uphold safe practice, and help create a positive, respectful environment for residents and colleagues.
