We’re Hiring – Floor Staff | Cali Beach Club

Cali Beach Club is hiring high-energy Floor Staff to join our fast-paced team on the Cali floor.

This role is similar to waitstaff, with a strong focus on guest interaction, floor service, and keeping the venue running smoothly during busy services.

The Role
As Floor Staff, you will:
Provide service and support to guests across the Cali floor
Assist with drinks, clearing, and general floor operations
Maintain cleanliness and presentation of service areas
Support bar, bottle service, and teams as needed
Help manage guest flow and overall floor experience

About You
You are:
Friendly, confident, and outgoing
Comfortable engaging with large crowds
Fast, organised, and proactive
Well-presented and skilled




A strong team player with excellent energy
Available Friday–Sunday

(Hospitality or nightlife experience is highly regarded.)
