Job Description

A typical day will involve:
Be the go-to expert who lights up our customers' day with brilliant solutions and an in-store experience that gets them excited about their next project
Share your enthusiasm for electrical products and help customers discover exactly what they need to succeed
Develop and maintain in-depth product knowledge across our full range of electrical offerings and industry applications
Process customer orders accurately and efficiently while ensuring timely fulfillment and delivery
Achieve and exceed individual sales targets while maintaining robust customer satisfaction levels
Build and nurture long-term relationships with both new and existing customers through exceptional service and follow-up
Identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities that add genuine value to customer projects
Collaborate with team members to support store operations, maintain inventory awareness, and share best practices
Uphold all health, safety,



and compliance standards relevant to electrical wholesaling and customer interactions

Qualifications
You bring positive energy to the team and are highly motivated to become an expert in your field.
Passionate about building strong working relationships with new and existing customers.
Electrical wholesaling, trades or building/construction industry experience highly regarded - otherwise we will provide the product training!
