We're seeking a driven and experienced Senior Property Manager to join our high-performing Canberra team, managing a premium commercial portfolio for a major institutional client. This is a standout chance to take ownership of two A-grade CBD assets, where you'll play a key role in delivering exceptional performance, strengthening client relationships, and enhancing tenant experience.

What You'll Be Doing
Oversee the end-to-end management of the portfolio, ensuring optimal asset performance
Build robust relationships with owners, tenants, and stakeholders, acting as a trusted advisor
Manage all leasing activity including renewals, rent reviews, compliance, and documentation
Prepare insightful monthly reports for property owners
Monitor financial performance, including budgets, payments, and arrears management
Collaborate with internal teams to deliver seamless property and building services





What You'll Bring
Proven experience in commercial property management, ideally within premium assets
A proactive, solutions-focused mindset with the ability to manage multiple priorities and client expectations
Sound financial acumen with excellent attention to detailExceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
Relevant Certificate of Registration and knowledge of the local market
