English and Maths teaching Assistant wanted

We are looking for two Uni students or experienced tutors to help in our Kumon Education centre,Casey shire.

If you have robust English and Maths skills, work and cater to individual students to their ability, then this is the role for you!

Applicants who are former Kumon students, Uni-students are strongly encouraged to apply.

About Kumon Study Centre

Kumon is a worksheet-based program designed to develop student's independent learning skills. It does not require one-on-one tutoring. The majority of students are of primary school age; however, Kumon caters to students ranging from pre-school through to high school. Many of our students are studying material ahead of their school grade level.

Main Responsibilities:

1.Motivate and encourage students to learn

2.Provide hints and assist students with Maths and English classwork

3.Mark and record student's class work and homework.

4.Possibility of working with pre-school students

Pay and conditions:

1.Rate of pay determined by age and experience.

2.Applicants who are former KUMON students are strongly invited to apply.
University students also invited to apply.

4.Working with children Check is required for successfulcandidates

Working Hours Availability

Able to work from 4pm-7pm.
