We're Looking For
A Customer Service Specialist who thrives in a rapid paced, customer focused environment and enjoys combining service excellence with sales outcomes. This is a permanent full time role based in Melbourne offering hybrid working conditions.

You will be available to work Monday to Friday, 9:00am to 5:30pm. This hybrid role includes a mix of home and office based work, with attendance at our Head Office every Tuesday. Flexibility to work occasional weekends as required is also essential.

What You’ll Do
Join our National Sales and Service team supporting residential projects through online and phone enquiries
Be the first point of contact, qualifying and nurturing leads into sales opportunities
Manage a pipeline using CRM, ensuring accurate data and timely follow up
Work closely with Sales and Marketing to support conversion and customer experience

You’re passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences and enjoy working towards clear outcomes. You thrive in high volume environments and love building relationships that lead to meaningful results.

Experience & Skills That Count
Experience in a high volume, customer service environment
Proven ability to manage inbound enquiries and qualify leads
Strong communication skills with the ability to build rapport and influence outcomes
Experience using CRM systems such as Salesforce, along with Microsoft Office and Excel
Ability to manage multiple enquiries while maintaining accuracy and service quality
