At Heems Gardening, every day looks different — one week you're transforming a client's backyard into something they'll love for years, the next you're maintaining established gardens across the Adelaide Hills and city. We're growing and have openings across a few different arrangements — full time, part time, casual, and contract positions — so whether you're after steady ongoing work or something more flexible, let us know what suits you.

What you'll be doing
Working across beautiful residential gardens throughout the Adelaide Hills and Adelaide
Landscaping and garden maintenance — from planting and pruning to hardscaping and irrigation
Building real relationships with clients who trust us to look after their outdoor spaces
Working alongside a small team that backs each other up and does the job right,



not just rapid
Planning your work before you arrive on site, and taking initiative rather than waiting to be told everything

What we're looking for
Experience in gardening, landscaping, or a related trade (or a robust willingness to learn)
A valid driver's licence
Physically fit and comfortable working outdoors in all weather
Someone who takes initiative and thinks ahead, rather than waiting to be told everything
Pride in doing a job properly, every time
For contractors: your own ABN, insurance, and equipment

Pay: $27.50 – $44.67 per hour
