Westley Garden is a residential care provider located in Ferntree Gully, Victoria. Our team works closely with families, healthcare specialists and community service providers to respond to each resident’s individual needs.
We are seeking a compassionate and reliable Residential Care Officer to provide practical, emotional and behavioural support to our residents. The successful candidate will assist with the implementation of individual care plans, monitor residents’ wellbeing, recommend appropriate social and community services, and collaborate with colleagues and external professionals to support positive outcomes for residents.
Pay: $75,000.00 – $85,000.00 per year
