A Factory Worker is responsible for supporting manufacturing and production operations by assembling products, operating machinery, packaging finished goods, and maintaining a clean and secure workplace. This role is ideal for dependable individuals who can work efficiently in a fast-paced setting while following workplace health and safety procedures.

Key Responsibilities
Operate production machinery and equipment safely and efficiently.
Assemble, inspect, and package products according to company standards.
Load and unload raw materials and finished goods.
Perform routine quality checks to identify defects or inconsistencies.
Maintain a clean and organized work area.
Follow workplace health and safety (WHS) policies and procedures.
Report equipment faults, production issues, or safety hazards to supervisors.
Meet daily production targets while maintaining quality standards.
Assist with inventory movement and stock handling as required.
Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors.

Requirements




Previous experience in manufacturing, warehousing, or factory work is an advantage but not essential.
Ability to lift and move heavy items safely.
Positive attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
Reliable, punctual, and able to work in a team environment.
Willingness to work rotating shifts, weekends, or overtime when required.
Basic numeracy and literacy skills.
Forklift licence (LF) is an advantage for some positions but not required.
