Our client is seeking an experienced Civil Estimator to join their growing team based in Bibra Lake. This is a permanent, full-time opportunity with a hybrid working arrangement and a high level of autonomy across civil construction and road maintenance tenders.

The role will focus on pricing projects across mining, local government and Main Roads WA clients, working closely with the Civils Divisional Manager from initial tender review through to final submission.

What you’ll be doing:
Reviewing tender documentation and specifications
Completing quantity take-offs and pricing
Liaising with suppliers and subcontractors for pricing
Assessing tender risks and prospects
Preparing cost estimates and tender submissions
Attending tender reviews, briefings and occasional site visits
Maintaining estimating databases and pricing schedules

What you’ll need:
Extensive civil estimating experience
Strong background in road construction
Experience with earthworks, drainage,



pavements and road maintenance
Robust knowledge of Main Roads WA requirements
Experience with first principles estimating and quantity take-offs
Ability to interpret civil drawings and specifications
Solid communication and stakeholder management skills
Microsoft Excel and estimating software experience
Current WA Driver’s Licence
Australian working rights
