About the Role

Your key responsibilities revolve around supporting the Lifestyle Team in implementing group or individual lifestyle programs that enhance the quality of life and well-being of our residents.

Your key responsibilities will be:
Engage in friendly conversations and active listening with residents.
Participate in lifestyle activities such as games, arts and crafts, or music sessions.
Accompany residents on short walks or outings.
Assist with reading, writing, or other lifestyle activities based on residents' interests.
Provide emotional support and a compassionate presence.

Skills & Experience
Compassionate and empathetic nature.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Patience and understanding when interacting with older adults.
Respect for cultural diversity and a willingness to learn about residents' backgrounds.
Reliable and punctual.
