Senior Electrical and Controls Engineer

Required Skills
Extensive experience in electrical systems design, control systems, and automation processes.
Solid proficiency with PLCs, SCADA systems, and other industrial control software.
Solid understanding of electrical codes and safety standards.
Excellent problem‑solving skills and attention to detail.
Proven ability to lead projects and collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams.

Nice to Have Skills
Experience with HVAC, motor controls, or power distribution systems.
Knowledge of programming languages such as C/C++ or Python.




Familiarity with CAD tools such as AutoCAD or SolidWorks.
Previous exposure to innovative control system integrations.

Preferred Education and Experience

Bachelor’s degree or higher in Electrical Engineering, Controls Engineering, or a related field.

4+ years of experience in electrical control system design and project management within an industrial setting.

Other Requirements
Ability to travel as needed to project sites and client locations.
Relevant industry certifications (e.g., PE, PLC certification) are a plus.
