We are seeking a motivated and skilled Lawyer to join our Melbourne team. This role is ideal for solicitors with litigation experience who want to further develop their expertise in commercial disputes, debt recovery, and property law. You will have the autonomy to manage your own matters, while being supported by an experienced leadership team that values mentoring, collaboration, and work that makes an impact.

Responsibilities
Lead and manage litigation matters from inception to resolution
Draft pleadings, affidavits, and other court documents
Conduct debt recovery proceedings, including demands, negotiations, and settlements
Advise clients on property disputes and commercial litigation matters
Conduct legal research and prepare strategic client advice
Appear in court and instruct counsel where required
Manage a high-volume caseload efficiently while maintaining high-quality outcomes

Qualifications / Skills
Admitted as a solicitor in Australia
2–5 years’ post-admission experience in litigation or commercial law (flexible for strong candidates with relevant paralegal experience)
Strong legal drafting, analytical, and communication skills




Experience in debt recovery or property law highly regarded
Excellent time management, with sharp attention to detail
Ability to work autonomously while thriving in a team-oriented environment
