The Rise Pizzeria Cafe is looking for an experienced and energetic Assistant Manager to join our growing team.

We’re a busy, up-to-date hospitality venue focused on great food, quality service and creating a welcoming experience for every guest. We’re looking for someone who wants to be part of a venue that is growing, evolving and building a strong team culture.

Working closely with the Venue Manager, you’ll help lead the team, oversee daily service and ensure The Rise continues to deliver an exceptional guest experience.

We’re looking for someone who:
Has previous hospitality supervisory or management experience
Is confident leading and motivating a team
Has a genuine passion for hospitality and customer service
Is hands-on, organised and thrives in a busy setting




Takes pride in venue presentation and service standards
Is ready to step up and grow their career
