The role:

We’re currently seeking Agitator Drivers to join our Armadale based team, supporting a busy and well-established concrete operation across the Perth metro area. You’ll be responsible for the secure and efficient delivery of concrete to residential and commercial sites. Your day will involve multiple loads between plant and site, working to delivery schedules while maintaining high safety and presentation standards.

This is a great opportunity for an experienced driver – or someone newly licensed – who is looking for consistent hours, strong earning potential, and long‑term stability.

Responsibilities
Deliver concrete across metro routes (generally within a 1‑hour radius)
Conduct pre‑start checks and basic vehicle upkeep
Wash down and maintain a clean, presentable truck
Use onboard tablets to log deliveries and report any issues
Work collaboratively with batchers, schedulers, and site teams
Monday to Friday roster + Saturday work available
Solid pipeline of work – drivers are kept busy throughout their shift

About you
HR Licence and a White Card (essential)
A strong work ethic and willingness to learn




Ability to pass medical and driving history checks
Strong reliability and punctuality
Agitator or concrete industry experience (highly regarded)
Experience working on construction or building sites (highly regarded)
Stable work history (highly regarded)
