Packaging Line Operator – Join Our Capital Crew!

Capital Brewing Co is on the hunt for a passionate Packaging Line Operator to join our team. If you love craft beer, have an eye for detail, this could be your perfect next step.

What you’ll be doing:
Assist in day-to-day packaging operations including canning, kegging and quality assurance
Effective operation of all packaging equipment including automated can filler, conveyors, paktech applicator, barcode applicator, cartoniser and palletiser.
Effective operation of semi-automatic kegging equipment
Maintaining cleanliness of packaging line and work areas
Perform quality checks to ensure packaging meets brewery standards
Follow workplace health and safety practices
Packaged and dry goods storage and handling
Perform stocktake of finished and raw material inventory and maintaining inventory management data

What we’re looking for:
A strong work ethic and positive attitude




Ability to work in a physically demanding environment (lifting, bending, standing for extended periods)
Team player with good communication skills
Reliable, punctual, and detail-focused
Previous experience in packaging, manufacturing, or brewing is an advantage but not essential – full training will be provided
A forklift licence is advantageous but not essential
