A well-established mid-tier legal practice is seeking a Personal Injury Lawyer with 1–2 years’ post-admission experience to join its growing team. Working closely with a Partner, this role offers hands-on exposure to a busy and diverse personal injury practice, including motor vehicle accident and workers’ compensation matters .

The position provides a high level of client interaction, autonomy in managing files, and a genuine focus on achieving positive outcomes for clients within a supportive and collaborative environment.

What You’ll Be Doing
Manage a high volume of personal injury files with increasing autonomy
Liaise directly with clients and provide transparent, empathetic advice
Draft correspondence, pleadings, and court documents
Attend court,



mediations, and settlement conferences
Conduct legal research and support matter strategy
Work closely with senior lawyers to progress matters efficiently
Prioritise competing deadlines while maintaining attention to detail

About You
Holds a current NSW Practising Certificate
1–2 years PAE in Personal Injury or Compensation Law
Experience managing motor vehicle accident and/or workers’ compensation matters
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Client-focused with excellent relationship-building abilities
Confident using up-to-date legal technology and practice platforms
Highly organised, proactive, and able to manage competing priorities
