About the Role

As a Support Worker, you will assist clients with daily activities, ensuring their comfort, safety, and well-being. You will play a key role in enhancing their quality of life by providing person-centered care and support.

Key Responsibilities
Assisting with personal care (e.g., bathing, dressing, grooming)
Providing companionship and emotional support
Assisting with meal preparation and household tasks
Transporting clients to appointments or community activities
Maintaining accurate records and reporting changes in clients’ conditions

About You
Previous experience as a Support Worker or in a similar role (preferred but not essential)
A caring, patient, and empathetic nature
Robust communication and interpersonal skills




Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Reliable and punctual with a robust work ethic
Willingness to undergo relevant background checks (Police Check, Working with Children Check, NDIS Worker Screening)
Relevant certifications such as First Aid, CPR, and Manual Handling (preferred)
A valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle (desirable but not essential)

Job Type: Casual

Pay: $34.00 – $37.00 per hour
