LAB Specialty Coffee is a busy, independently owned specialty café in the heart of Brisbane CBD.

We’re looking for an experienced and confident barista to join our friendly team.

This is a outstanding opportunity for someone who wants the security of near full time hours while keeping the higher casual pay rate.

$35–$38/hr casual rate + super, depending on experience

What we’re looking for
Minimum 1 year barista experience in an Australian café
Confident and consistent milk steaming & latte art
Comfortable working at speed during busy periods




Positive English communication skills
Reliable, punctual and a good team player
Available for early morning starts

We’re not looking for someone who is still learning the basics — you should be comfortable stepping behind the machine and working confidently in a busy café.
