We are looking for a Floating Sales Consultant who builds relationships and develops business beyond in-store opportunities.

What you would do

This role is responsible for working with customers to provide both in-store and in-home advice and service for furnishings, utilising an extensive range of fabrics and window products that are available for demonstration.

As a floating consultant, you will be based out of a home store (Bondi Junction or within Sydney) but primarily travel to other stores within your region to provide cover where needed.

How you'd contribute
Expertly match our products and services to clients’ needs both in-store and in-home visits
Measure and quote for the furnishing requirements of clients
Manage the end-to-end process from order through to installation
Provide high-level client service and follow up in a friendly, skilled, and timely manner
Work with the dedicated store furnishings team to ensure all administrative duties are complete
Communicate effectively with clients and the in-store team

About you
Selling experience in either in-home or outside sales, preferably in specialty or custom product/services
Experience in a retail setting,



ideally within Home Decor/Furnishings
Excellent attention to detail with critical thinking and problem-solving skills
Self-motivated and driven by sales and results
Ability to work autonomously with excellent time management skills
Strong customer and team focus
Ability to build leads and develop new clients

Requirements for the role
Valid and full driver’s license
Availability to work full-time five days per week, including one weekend day and one late night within the fortnight
Proficiency with using a PC/Tablet and Microsoft Windows based programs
Ability to meet monthly sales and KPI targets
High-level written and verbal communication skills
