The North Face : Store Manager - Pacific Fair

Lead a team whilst driving sales, managing inventory and merchandising using your knowledge of the outstanding outdoors at our brand new Pacific Fair Store!

As Store Manager, your main responsibilities will be to work closely with your team across:
Sales Performance and Targets
Management of Inventory
People Management

Your mission will be to create an setting that will foster premium consumer experience, whilst implementing programs/processes to drive business results & operational excellence.

We are looking for someone who is enthusiastic, energetic, and understands and lives our culture of diversity, fun and family. As well as this, the following attributes, skills and qualifications will contribute to your success in the role:
Retail Certificate an advantage but not essential
Minimum 3 years' experience in a similar role
Able to lead a dynamic team environment with strong leadership skills
