We’re looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist, focusing on the recruitment of on‑floor retail roles. This is a hands‑on, quick‑paced opportunity where you'll work closely with key stakeholders and have real impact from day one.

What you’ll be doing:
Managing end‑to‑end recruitment for showroom retail positions
Proactively sourcing, screening, and engaging high‑calibre candidates
Partnering with hiring managers to understand business needs and deliver against timelines




Managing multiple roles at once while maintaining an excellent candidate experience
Supporting the team through a busy and exciting hiring period

What we’re looking for:
Proven experience in Talent Acquisition or internal recruitment
Strong background in retail, sales or high volume hiring
Confident stakeholder management and communication skills
Ability to hit the ground running and work autonomously
