Overview

Registered Nurse – Surry Hills, full-time on-site position with Catholic Healthcare Limited in Surry Hills, NSW. This role offers prospects for growth opportunities in a not-for-profit organisation that supports the dignity and wellbeing of older people.

Responsibilities
Provide direct clinical nursing care to residents in line with best practice nursing procedures.
Act as Team Leader, coaching, supervising, and guiding the personal care team.
Work in a safe manner and follow all policies and procedures to protect residents, colleagues and yourself.

Qualifications
Current AHPRA registration following completion of a Bachelor of Nursing or equivalent.
Thorough understanding of the Aged Care Legislation and Aged Care Quality Standards.
Demonstrated understanding of AN-ACC assessment processes.
Strong clinical knowledge of aging and related health issues.
Strong coaching/training skills and effective conflict resolution with high emotional intelligence.




Strong communication skills and a positive attitude.
Competent IT skills.
Willingness to apply for a Police Check and NDIS clearance.
