About the Role:

Working closely with our Landscape Maintenance Supervisor, you will help coordinate day-to-day maintenance operations while supporting and developing the team on the ground. Your responsibilities will include:
Supporting the Supervisor with the coordination of commercial landscape maintenance projects
Providing day-to-day guidance, support and training to team members
Assisting with site inspections and ensuring work is completed to a high standard
Coordinating materials, equipment and resources required for projects
Maintaining accurate site documentation and reporting




Building strong relationships with clients, team members and other stakeholders
Identifying issues on-site and using practical problem-solving skills to find solutions

What you’ll bring:
Previous experience in commercial landscape maintenance
Certificate II or III in Landscaping or Horticulture (advantageous but not essential)
Strong organisation and time management skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Valuable computer and literacy skills
An eye for detail and solid customer focus
Practical decision making and problem-solving skills
Must have a current Manual Driver’s Licence and White Card
