ABOUT OUR CLIENT AND THE ROLE Looking for a contract role that offers genuine flexibility without compromising on the quality of work? Our client is seeking an experienced FP&A; professional to join the team on a three to four day per week basis for a four-month contract.

This position has been intentionally structured as a part-time prospect to provide flexibility for an experienced finance skilled who may be balancing family commitments, consulting work or a lifestyle change. Our client is focused on securing the strongest capability available and is open to someone bringing a higher level of commercial finance experience on a reduced working week. Reporting to the FP&A; Manager, you'll partner closely with operational leaders to deliver meaningful analysis, financial modelling and decision support across a diverse organisation.

RESPONSIBILITIES
Deliver monthly management reporting and commercial analysis
Build financial models and forecasting tools




Analyse operational and financial performance
Partner with stakeholders to understand business drivers
Support budgeting and forecasting processes
Review labour costs, workforce metrics and operational trends
Identify opportunities to improve reporting and decision making
Provide commercial insights to support operational leaders

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
Demonstrated experience in FP&A; or Commercial Finance
Robust financial modelling and analytical capability
Advanced Excel skills
Ability to communicate complex financial information clearly
Commercial mindset with excellent stakeholder management skills
Experience in a large or complex organisation will be highly regarded
Power BI, Power Query or Business Central experience is advantageous
