As a Coates Trades Assistant at our Portables branch, you will be responsible for:
Cleaning and inspection tasks of portable building shells including repairs, maintenance and modifications
Support other workshop functions, plumbers and electricians to enhance a team focus on equipment repairs and more complex tasks
Check and control building shells (inbound and outbound) as it comes in and out of the yard inclusive of the spotting function
Assist in keeping workshop, yard and service area clean, tidy and safe

What you’ll bring to the role:

This role is perfect if you are mechanically minded and enjoy fixing equipment:
Current drivers license is essential (forklift high risk license will be highly regarded)
Good verbal communication skills
Intermediate computer skills, time management and organisational skills
Be physically fit and knowledgeable about safety standards
Carpentry, maintenance knowledge desirable
Familiarisation with Take 5’s and JSEA’s
