About the Role

As our Wellness & Beauty Centre Manager, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of the clinic while inspiring your team to consistently deliver five-star service and outstanding business results.

Your responsibilities will include (but are not limited to):
Leading and motivating a team of therapists and clinicians.
Managing the daily operations of the wellness and beauty centre.
Providing hands‑on treatments when required.
Delivering exceptional customer service and client experiences.
Welcome clients into their treatment experience by preparing equipment and ensuring their comfort
Assist clients with the protected and comfortable use of wellness equipment and therapies
Design and launch premium wellness experiences, signature pamper packages and current treatment offerings t
