We are seeking a dedicated Wellbeing, Safety & Environment (WSE) Partner to join oOh!media’s WSE team. Based at our North Sydney office, you will lead the development,



implementation, governance, and continuous improvement of oOh!media's WSE Management System.

In this role, you will act as a key business partner to our head office functions, supporting leaders and teams in embedding WSE practices into daily operations—with a robust, proactive focus on employee wellbeing and psychosocial safety.

What you’ll be doing:
WSE Management System Leadership: Support the end-to-end development, rollout, governance, and continuous improvement of oOh!media's WSE Management System across the organisation.
Stakeholder Advisory & Capability: Business partner with head office functions at our North Sydney offices to provide specialist advice and guidance on WSE legislative obligations, management system requirements, psychosocial risk management, and industry best practice.
