We are seeking a motivated ROOF PLUMBER that wants to change career in to an Electrical Apprentice.

We are based in the southern suburbs but operate all around Adelaide.

Ideally the right candidate would fit the following criteria noted below, if this is not you please don't apply.
Qualified roof plumber, or highly skilled in the way of roof penetrations and tin roof flashings. This criteria is a non negotiable and we will be requesting photos and discussing methods at the interview stage. If not qualified but still highly skilled we can still discuss.
Based in the South of Adelaide. Closer to CBD is negotiable but anyone north of CBD kindly need not apply.
Australian citizenship is required for this apprenticeship position.

As our Residential Electrical Apprentice, you will gain the FULL SKILL SET to become a qualified electrician with our diverse work load in all areas of electrical.

This is a full time apprentice position located in South of Adelaide and the surrounding areas.

What you'll be doing
Kitchen Rangehood installs.
Alfresco Rangehood installs.
Rangehood venting with roof or wall pentrations. General roof plumbing to seal installs correctly.




1st & 2nd fix of electrical in all areas. ie Kitchen / Laundry / Bathroom wire ups.
Shed electrical fit outs.
High-end Rangehood installs and external venting through tin and tile roofs.
Ability to work at heights and perform physically demanding tasks with no medical restrictions.
Appliance installs & repairs.
General power, fans and light installs.
Regular extension wire ups. Occasional new build.

What we're looking for
Previous trade experience in roofing, roof plumbing or cabinetry highly regarded.
Minimum 3 years of experience is required.
Previous completion of cert II in electrotechnology pre apprenticeship. Negotiable on skillset
Cert II in Electrotechnology pre-apprenticeship completion is advantageous but not mandatory.
A passion for having tools in your hands, whether it be home DIY, working on cars, timber work.
Robust problem-solving and critical thinking skills. Each day at work you will be thinking through the steps and process' to be productive in quality work.
Effective communication and teamwork skills.
A commitment to workplace health and safety.
