The Role

This is a hands‑on Accounts Officer position with a strong focus on Accounts Payable, while also providing support across Accounts Receivable and general finance administration.
High-volume processing of supplier invoices using MYOB
Preparing payment runs, schedules and ABA files
Supplier statement reconciliations and resolving account queries
Managing payment terms, approvals and supporting documentation
Daily banking and account reconciliations
Assisting with customer invoicing and debtor follow-up
Operational reconciliations including fuel, tolls and reimbursements




Supporting month-end processes and inter companyinvoicing
Responding to supplier and customer account enquiries
General finance administration and support to the wider team

The Candidate

We're looking for an experienced Accounts Officer who enjoys being hands‑on and takes pride in keeping things accurate and organised.

To be successful, you will ideally have:
MYOB experience
Previous exposure to both Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable
Valuable reconciliation and problem‑solving skills
Confidence dealing directly with suppliers and customers
The ability to follow up outstanding items via phone and email
Strong attention to detail and a reliable, team‑focused approach
