The Warehouse Operations Agent is responsible for the accurate and effective processing of eCommerce parcel freight for both domestic and international distribution. This role ensures timely handling, sorting, and dispatch of parcels in compliance with DHL standards, safety regulations, and customer service expectations.
Key Responsibilities:
Receive, sort, and process eCommerce parcels for domestic and international networks.
Ensure parcels are scanned accurately into the system for tracking and visibility.
Prepare shipments for dispatch according to operational schedules.
Quality & Compliance
Adhere to DHL operational procedures and safety standards.
Conduct quality checks to ensure parcels meet compliance requirements.
Report discrepancies, damages, or irregularities promptly.
Operational Efficiency
Maintain workflow productivity to meet service level agreements (SLAs).
Support continuous improvement initiatives within the warehouse.
Work closely with supervisors and team members to achieve daily targets.
Assist in cross-functional tasks as required.

Australian work rights are required for this position.
Skills & Qualifications
LF or LO forklift licence is required.
Previous experience in warehouse or logistics operations.
Minimum of 6 months or less warehouse or logistics experience is required.
Ability to work in a quick-paced setting with attention to detail.
Basic computer literacy for scanning, data entry and shipment processing.
Physical fitness to handle manual tasks (lifting, sorting).
Must be available to work Monday to Friday, morning shifts.
Morning shift hours are 9am-5pm.
Knowledge of eCommerce post or commercial parcel logistics processes.
