With a growing pipeline of Data Centres, Commercial Towers, Large-Scale Residential Developments and Education Projects , we're looking for an experienced Senior Estimator to help secure and shape our next generation of landmark projects.

The Opportunity

As a Senior Estimator, you'll play a critical role in winning work and driving project success from day one.

Key Responsibilities
Lead the preparation of high-quality tender submissions and pricing proposals
Develop solid relationships with clients, consultants, suppliers and subcontractors
Source, analyse and negotiate contractor and supplier pricing
Maintain accurate cost databases and benchmarking information
Lead tender presentations and interviews
Prepare construction budgets and hand over projects to delivery teams
Mentor and develop Estimators across the business
Drive continuous improvement across estimating systems and processes

What You'll Bring
Significant experience as a Senior Estimator within Tier 1 or Tier 2 construction - Minimum 10 years




Proven success pricing medium-to-large-scale building projects
Robust commercial and stakeholder management skills
Advanced CostX and EstimateOne capability
Deep understanding of construction methodologies and procurement strategies
A collaborative leadership style and passion for mentoring others
