Typical responsibilities include
Answering inbound customer enquiries via phone and email




Providing exceptional customer service
Scheduling appointments and coordinating bookings
Data entry and maintaining accurate records
Processing orders and customer requests
Sales support and general administration
Liaising with internal teams and customers
Reception and office support duties

We're looking for people with
Previous experience in customer service, administration, reception, sales support or contact centre environments
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organisational and time management abilities
Good computer skills, including Microsoft Office
High attention to detail and accurate data entry
A reliable, skilled and proactive approach
Availability to work onsite across Melbourne's South East
