New Home Sales Consultant

Location: Kinma Valley & Lillywood (2 separate positions available)

Work Type: Full Time (5 days, includes weekends / 2 weekdays off)

Package: $70k Base + Super + 2% Uncapped Commission ($400k+ realistic OTE)

Overview

We are a premier, design‑led residential builder seeking a high‑performance Recent Home Sales Consultant to manage our premium display in the high‑growth Kinma Valley estate. You will bring closing skills to win premium sales.

Compensation
Uncapped $400k+ OTE: 2% commission structure.
Solid Foundation: $70,000 Base + Super.
Premium Product : Sell a highly respected brand with a massive pipeline.

Key Responsibilities
Generate and qualify leads for new home sales.
Build rapport with prospective buyers, handle objections, and close contracts.
Maintain accurate sales records and provide regular reporting.




Represent the builder at open houses and community events.

Qualifications
Proven experience in recent home sales (volume or custom background).
Self‑motivated deal closer who thrives in a high‑volume workplace.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Availability to work weekends, with 2 consecutive weekdays off.
