We are a manufacturing company with a proud Australian history spanning over 100 years. Following an internal promotion, we're looking for a recent team member to join our friendly team.

Reporting to the Customer Service Manager, you will process incoming orders from customers, liaise with warehouse and production on availability and schedule deliveries. You will handle all enquiries from order placement to successful delivery. All our customers are B2B. We have recently upgraded our ERP system so experience of working through a systems change or upgrade will be an advantage as we move to an environment of continuous business improvements. If you have an interest in process improvement, you may be able to work on some small projects as part of your role.





You will be able to demonstrate a successful career to date in similar roles. Experience of working in a small team setting where you have been happy to help colleagues and become cross-skilled to provide cover during busy periods or annual leave is a real advantage. You will enjoy going the extra mile for customers, problem solving and using your initiative to deliver positive outcomes.

The role is full time (38 hours per week) and fully based on site. We do have staff parking and, due to the location, you will need your own vehicle.
