Your Role

This is a hands-on role where you'll be responsible for coordinating, developing, and delivering training across our venues. Working closely with the executive team, venue leaders, chefs and department managers, you'll ensure our people have the knowledge,



confidence and skills to consistently deliver exceptional guest experiences while upholding the St Albans standard.

Your Key Responsibilities

Deliver engaging onboarding and induction experiences that set our new team members up for success.

Inspire and develop our teams by delivering practical, hands-on training across service standards, operations and hospitality excellence.

Partner with venue leaders to build capability, identify development opportunities and support high-performing teams.

Create engaging learning resources and training programs that are practical, relevant, and aligned with our brand standards.

Coach, mentor and support team members and emerging leaders to build confidence and encourage growth prospects.

Drive a culture of continuous learning, development, and operational excellence across all venues.
